Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Xenus Global India is seeking motivated Field Sales Executives to join their team based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company specializes in producing and distributing energy-efficient LED lighting products alongside electronic surveillance systems. This position is dedicated to generating new business opportunities, expanding the distributor network, and promoting their product line directly in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with dealers, distributors, and business clients to identify and develop new sales prospects.
• Actively promote LED lighting and electronic surveillance products to potential customers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and channel partners to support business growth.
• Convert sales leads into confirmed orders through effective follow-up and field meetings.
• Conduct client presentations and regular market visits to enhance brand presence.
• Meet or surpass monthly sales targets while increasing the customer base.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights on competitors with the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and provide after-sales support.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old with a minimum education level of 12th pass.
• Basic proficiency in English is required.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; experience is not mandatory.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field movement.
• Strong communication and convincing abilities vital for B2B sales and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 depending on skills and experience.
