Go-to-Market AI & Data Associate (AI x Greentech)

Role Overview

Reonic invites driven individuals passionate about renewable energy and fast-paced environments to join as a Go-to-Market AI & Data Associate. This pivotal role involves architecting and managing our data ecosystem, focusing on enabling seamless access to customer and revenue data, building internal applications from the ground up, and leveraging AI to accelerate business growth. This is a full-time position based at our Berlin office, requiring C2 level English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate our customer-focused workflows by integrating AI solutions, taking complete ownership from ideation through to execution.
• Serve as the lead for data-driven analytics, collaborating with stakeholders to identify challenges, optimize analytical tools, and onboard teams to cutting-edge data workflows.
• Design and sustain strong data pipelines consolidating information from customers, HubSpot, and Aircall to improve company-wide data usability.
• Implement AI-powered processes including predictive modeling, automated insights generation, lead scoring, and trend analysis.
• Engage in hands-on technical work in Python or TypeScript for integrating multiple data sources.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to transform complex datasets into insightful business intelligence dashboards that enhance decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Highly motivated, innovative, and solution-focused individual who consistently seeks to improve existing processes.
• Proficient in n8n workflow automation, Python programming, and experienced with modern BI tools and SQL querying.
• Strong enthusiasm for applying AI to improve revenue operations and capabilities in executing these implementations.
• Preferably skilled in BI or Data Engineering, including experience building data warehouses and integrating SaaS platforms like HubSpot or Aircall.
• Proactive with a structured work approach, capable of identifying and resolving data flow issues independently.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills in German, Italian, French, or Portuguese are advantageous.
