You will fully own the accessibility and utilization of customer and revenue data, develop proprietary internal applications, and harness AI to accelerate our growth trajectory.

Key Tasks

• Innovate business processes with AI by redesigning customer-focused workflows and leading implementation efforts from ideation through execution.
• Serve as the vertical owner of data-driven analytics by collaborating with stakeholders, identifying system bottlenecks, improving analytical accuracy, and guiding teams in adopting sophisticated data workflows.
• Create and manage durable data pipelines integrating customer data and platforms like HubSpot and Aircall to ensure organization-wide data availability.
• Deploy AI-powered systems including predictive models for insights automation, lead prioritization, and forecasting.
• Engage hands-on with coding, primarily in Python or optionally TypeScript, to combine datasets effectively.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and client success teams to convert complex datasets into insightful business intelligence dashboards for strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Motivated self-starter with a continual drive to find innovative, efficient data solutions beyond existing standards.
• Proficient with n8n automation, Python programming (TypeScript is advantageous), modern BI platforms, and SQL databases.
• Keen interest in leveraging AI to optimize revenue-related processes equipped with implementation expertise.
• Preferred background includes BI or data engineering, demonstrated experience in building data warehouses, and connecting SaaS applications such as HubSpot or Aircall.
• Proactive and methodical in identifying and resolving data flow challenges without prompting.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills in German, Italian, French, or Portuguese enhance candidacy.
