Role Overview
As the Global Marketing Director for EMEA, based in London, you will architect, implement, and oversee marketing initiatives aimed at driving new customer acquisition, growth, and retention across key EMEA markets including the U.K., Germany, France, the Nordics, and UAE. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution in both inbound and outbound marketing activities tailored to meet KPI objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue generation from new client acquisition and expansion of existing customers by collaborating closely with sales leadership and revenue operations teams.
- Develop and manage comprehensive demand generation programs that span the full marketing funnel, utilizing optimized channel mixes supported by BDR and digital prospecting.
- Create consistent pipeline through localized web properties in partnership with Product Marketing, Communications, and Marketing Operations teams.
- Tailor demand generation campaigns to diverse market personas, languages, and cultures using aligned content and offer strategies.
- Coordinate regional event planning and execution including pre-event and post-event analysis.
- Analyze and report on demand generation impact, diagnosing pipeline bottlenecks, and iterating testing plans to refine and scale programs effectively.
- Leverage and innovate within the marketing technology stack, including tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, to enhance campaign automation and performance.
- Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer on strategy, performance metrics, regional insights, and budget management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, or related discipline.
- At least eight years’ experience in B2B marketing focusing on demand generation with three years managing HubSpot campaigns and running account-based marketing initiatives.
- Proven success in multi-market, multicultural environments, handling a complete marketing mix across channels.
- Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset with hands-on expertise in optimizing campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a flexible, proactive approach.
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations.
- Experience in SaaS and familiarity with regulated sectors like Legal, Financial Services, or B2B tech highly preferred.
