Global HR Operations Director - Fintech Private Equity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global HR Operations Director to join a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed fintech company based in Singapore. This critical leadership position will work closely with the C-suite and act as deputy to the Group Chief HR Officer (CHRO) to drive organizational growth and evolution. The role involves overseeing an expert HR Operations and HR Services team distributed across several regions, optimizing global HR processes and technologies, and leading key transformation initiatives including people-related mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of HR operational functions on a global scale.
• Partner closely with senior executives to scale and improve worldwide operational frameworks and ways of working.
• Oversee the HR technology platform and implement innovative tools to enhance the employee experience and foster business innovation.
• Manage complex people transformation projects and M&A-related HR activities.
• Lead and develop geographically dispersed teams within fast-moving and high-performance environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior HR Operations leader, ideally at a Director or Head level, with a track record managing global or regional teams.
• Prior experience working within fast-paced, innovative sectors like technology or fintech.
• Strong exposure to pre- and post-acquisition environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities at senior leadership levels.
• Familiarity with multiple international markets, especially within a lean, growing organizational structure.
• Experience working in Singapore and understanding the local tech and fintech ecosystem is essential.
• Workday HR system experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to combine strategic vision with practical execution and adaptability in ambiguous scenarios.

Additional Details

• Annual salary package of SGD 250,000 plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
