Global Head of Talent

Overview

Eutopia Solutions is looking for an experienced Global Head of Talent to spearhead the talent agenda for a newly created international firm in the oil and gas industry. This contract position lasts for 12 months and presents a unique chance to design and implement a top-tier talent strategy covering Talent Management, Learning & Development, and global Talent Acquisition.

Key Duties

• Craft and oversee the execution of a global talent strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead global efforts in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
• Manage succession planning, leadership growth, and programs targeting high-potential talent.
• Advance workforce skills through creative learning and development strategies.
• Direct worldwide talent acquisition, workforce planning, and strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Use talent analytics to guide workforce and capability decision-making.
• Improve employee engagement, career progression, and retention tactics.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to influence organizational design and staffing plans.
• Inspire and manage a high-performing global Talent team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR or Talent leader with a successful history of implementing comprehensive talent strategies in complex, multinational organizations. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfort interacting at executive levels, and experience in leading organizational change and transformation are essential.
