Global Head of Hospitality

About the Role

An internationally operating asset management firm is seeking a Global Head of Hospitality to lead its hospitality divisions worldwide. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service marked by discretion and uniformity across all locations. This leadership role requires overseeing complex hospitality operations and managing elite teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the hospitality program ensuring alignment with the company's high standards.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workplace experience and client interaction initiatives.
• Establish clear performance indicators and dashboards to track success, conduct audits, and implement improvements when necessary.
• Oversee operational consistency and effectiveness across multiple regions worldwide.
• Develop and update diverse, quality-focused menus that promote health and variety.
• Organize and manage visits by executives, important clients, and international delegates, paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Choose and oversee market-specific suppliers, chefs, and service operators.
• Control global hospitality budgets while upholding strict quality standards.
• Contribute to the design of dining areas that align with the corporate brand image.
• Ensure adherence to global regulations on food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
• Implement protocols for crisis handling, supply chain issues, and maintaining business continuity.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years in senior hospitality leadership roles, preferably within private equity, financial services, luxury hospitality, private clubs, or corporate dining sectors.
• A bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in operating within environments demanding high confidentiality and exceptional standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Capability to provide premium service while managing efficient large-scale operations.
• Strong abilities in organization and project management.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving and dynamic professional setting.
