- Work with clients and internal teams to define scope, priorities, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
- Run governance forums such as kickoff sessions, executive committees, progress reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional partners including legal, compliance, operations, finance, marketing, and technical teams to support integrated delivery.
- Track market dynamics, competitor moves, regulatory updates, and business opportunities to surface strategic insights.
- Handle feedback cycles, documentation, approvals, SLA management, decision logs, and change control activities.
- Support impact analysis and decision-making around scope, schedule, cost, and implementation choices.

- Develop executive-level reports, strategic presentations, and business review materials for clients and leadership.
- Identify avenues for account growth, additional solutions, and cross-functional offers that fit client needs.
- Manage commercial opportunities within assigned accounts, covering the process from lead identification through negotiation and closure.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships that improve customer value and support sustainable business growth.
