About the Role
The Apple Retail store is the gathering place of Apple's best offerings, where expertise is dedicated to helping people do what they love by delivering a unique experience exclusive to Apple. As a Genius Admin, you will act as the coordinator for all customer repair operations, whether quick fixes or more complex procedures, managing customer expectations effectively. You will also oversee the efficient workflow of repairs and organize the repair floor to support the Genius Bar team in providing world-class and quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate comprehensive operational activities supporting repair completion, including inventory management and order tracking in collaboration with the operations team.
- Assist in resolving customer service issues by handling repair request intake, delivering appropriate solutions, and managing the delivery process of completed repairs.
- Provide feedback to colleagues based on field observations and repair floor insights.
- Undertake repair tasks when needed to support the Genius Bar team and meet customer repair demands, understanding troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair processes for all Apple products.
- Deliver exceptional service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, recommending suitable products and services, and educating customers on optimal purchasing methods.
- Perform additional duties as necessary, including supporting customer interactions both inside and outside the sales floor.

Qualification Requirements
- Availability to work according to business needs, which may include night shifts, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, with adherence to the scheduled workplace attendance in line with local laws and approved accommodations.
- Experience in retail, sales, or related fields is required.
- Proficiency in the local language in both spoken and written form.
