Role Overview

The Generalist position is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja. The person fulfilling this role will assist in various daily operational tasks spanning multiple departments. Key activities include digital and physical marketing, social media oversight, digital sales facilitation, graphic design, fashion-focused content creation, and multimedia editing such as photos and videos. The role also involves managing digital storefronts, maintaining product listings, coordinating with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency, monitoring platform activities, compiling basic reports, and supporting marketing and engagement campaigns. Close cooperation with team members and vendors is essential to troubleshoot issues and uphold a consistent user experience across Zeaper's ecosystem.

Necessary Qualifications

• Competent in digital marketing, physical marketing, social media management, digital sales, graphic design, fashion content creation, and multimedia editing.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to manage diverse operational functions.
• Basic familiarity with digital platforms including dashboards, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Quick learning capacity, adaptability to shifting priorities, and an initiative-driven approach in a dynamic work environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Professional experience in operations, administration, or support roles is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ikeja and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Relevant educational background or training in business, administration, or related areas is preferable.
• Additional digital competencies will be beneficial.
