Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients on projects shaping the future of business, government, and society.
- Work on varying assignments that differ in duration, complexity, and location; travel may be required, including international trips.
- Junior Consultants assist with analysis under close supervision and progressively take responsibility for entire project workstreams, with at least three years of relevant experience expected.
- Consultants apply growing specialized knowledge, manage complex project components, engage closely with clients to identify challenges, devise strategies, and secure agreement on recommendations—usually requiring over five years of work experience and notable career progress.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess an undergraduate degree and/or a postgraduate qualification such as a Master's, MBA, or PhD with excellent academic records.
- Have a minimum of three years of consulting or industry experience demonstrating a record of strong achievements and high performance.
- Experience in sectors such as mining, oil and gas, engineering, climate and sustainability, consumer products, private equity, public sector, banking and finance, law, healthcare/medicine, technology, or telecommunications is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, adept at both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Show aptitude for innovative thinking and the skill to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Bring personal qualities including flexibility, curiosity, independence in decision-making, teamwork, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
- Willingness to travel within the country and work remotely at client sites.
