Role Overview
We invite applications from educators to join our expanding international examining team ahead of upcoming assessments. The appointed examiners will evaluate responses for GCSE, GCE, International GCSE, and International A Level certifications across diverse subject domains listed below. Applicants from Thailand, Cayman Islands, and Nigeria are not eligible to apply.

Primary Duties
- Accurately and consistently mark examination scripts to uphold overall quality standards.
- Submit marking samples to the appointed Team Leader punctually as required.
- Adhere strictly to set schedules and milestones for timely script marking completion.
- Complete all administrative tasks as defined by examination policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Hold qualified teacher status.
- Have at least one academic year of teaching experience at GCSE, International GCSE, GCE, or International A Level within the previous eight years.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Currently employed at a center delivering Pearson qualifications is preferable. If not, applicants may still express interest by providing their current institution details.
Required Competencies
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Capacity to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong subject matter expertise for accurate application of mark schemes.
Additional Information
- Marking season is scheduled from May through July, with strict adherence to deadlines.
- All training for examiners will be conducted online remotely prior to commencement.
- Completion of required new examiner training is mandatory before starting marking duties.
