Job description
Role overview
As a general merchandise team associate, you’ll welcome shoppers on the sales floor, help them find what they need, and suggest products that match their needs and preferences. You’ll also keep the Hobbies and Home Improvement areas organized, well-stocked in appearance, and maintained throughout the day. Depending on store needs, tasks may also include paint mixing and fabric cutting.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $14 to $27 per hour. The actual rate will be at or above the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply in certain situations, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed; more than one premium can apply if the qualifying conditions are met.
