Job description

Job Overview

As a Cart Attendant, you help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers. The role involves collecting carts from the parking area, using equipment to bring carts back into the store, and keeping shopping carts clean and sanitary. A consistently positive attitude is important, including while working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $15 to $28. The actual wage will meet or exceed the minimum wage required in the job location.

In addition to base pay, the role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra premium pay may also be available in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed. More than one premium may apply if the qualifying conditions are met.
