Role overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Administrator to support day-to-day office operations in Edmonton, Alberta. This position plays an important part in keeping administrative workflows running smoothly, delivering strong customer service, and assisting teams across the business.
The role is office-based, salaried, and full-time within the building envelope industry.
What you will do
- Maintain accurate data entry with a strong focus on precision and detail.
- Manage routine office administration tasks and keep documents organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, with excellent phone manners and customer service.
- Support cheque deposits and other basic banking-related tasks.
- Monitor contracts and arrange insurance documentation as needed.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
- Help coordinate office activities, workplace organization, and team events.
- Arrange travel plans for field crews.
- Track and upload safety-related records and documents.
- Support finance administration tasks such as coding receipts, preparing invoices, and assisting with internal accounts receivable processes.
What we are looking for
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Previous clerical or office administration experience.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational ability and the capacity to manage several tasks in a busy environment.
- Experience with office records, document control, and general administrative support.
- Exposure to banking, insurance, invoicing, or basic finance administration.
- Excellent follow-through, time management, and attention to detail.
