General Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial results, operational KPIs, and market dynamics to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with customers, partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Accelerate revenue growth through strategic business development, expanding markets, and cultivating partnerships.
• Manage budgeting processes, resource allocation, cost controls, and oversee the financial health of the company.
• Identify and implement process enhancements, embrace digital transformation, and promote operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines. An MBA or higher qualification is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in senior management, business operations, corporate strategy, or executive leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of business development, financial stewardship, operational planning, and organizational growth strategies.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex initiatives, and deliver quantifiable business outcomes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
