About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to steer our business operations towards growth and excellence. This leadership position demands a strategic mindset, hands-on operational management, and the ability to spearhead multiple functional teams to meet and exceed company ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement business strategies that align with the organization’s vision and growth targets.
Oversee daily business activities ensuring maximum efficiency, profitability, and continuous performance improvement.
Lead and coordinate cross-departmental teams including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development.
Set clear business objectives, monitor performance indicators, and guide strategic initiatives to ensure success.
Evaluate financial results, operational KPIs, and market dynamics to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential risks.
Foster and sustain robust relationships with customers, partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
Accelerate revenue growth through strategic business development, expanding markets, and cultivating partnerships.
Manage budgeting processes, resource allocation, cost controls, and oversee the financial health of the company.
Identify and implement process enhancements, embrace digital transformation, and promote operational excellence.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines. An MBA or higher qualification is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in senior management, business operations, corporate strategy, or executive leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of business development, financial stewardship, operational planning, and organizational growth strategies.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex initiatives, and deliver quantifiable business outcomes.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decisive problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Experience with managing budgets, profit and loss accounts, and business performance metrics.
