General Duty Cleaner (Nights)

Team members support cleaner and healthier environments across schools, office buildings, retail locations, and other sites throughout Ontario.

Shift Schedule

This is a night-shift position with the following hours: Sundays from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am, and Monday to Thursday from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am.

What You Will Do

• Use company cleaning methods and training to deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Run cleaning equipment such as auto-scrubbers, ride-on machines, carpet extractors, and floor burnishers for periodic floor care
• Carry out stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and carpet cleaning tasks as required
• Move furniture and equipment when needed to complete cleaning and maintenance work
• Load, unload, and transport cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment
• Provide courteous customer service while responding to site-specific client needs
• Perform higher-level cleaning work when ladders or scaffolding are required
• Support the company’s goal of delivering smart, value-driven cleaning services

• Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the job
• Ability to pass a police background check
• A valid G class driver’s licence

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 51 lbs
• Standing and/or walking for the full shift
• Capability to bend, stretch, lift, pull, carry, and climb stairs
• Ability to operate equipment when required
