Gas Filling Station Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals for multiple roles involving operations at a gas filling station with Distributed Control System (DCS) exposure. Available positions include Field Operator, MTF Operator, Shift Operating Incharge for RG Filling Station, and Filling Station Operator. Academic qualifications vary from Diploma, BSc to ITI, depending on the specific role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, start, stop, and troubleshoot plant operations and take appropriate actions as outlined by procedural guidelines or supervisory instructions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to isolate equipment and piping safely for corrective maintenance activities.
• Accurately record operational data in logs each shift, securing endorsement from the Shift Incharge.
• Collect quality control samples for laboratory analysis, promptly report abnormalities to DCS or Shift Incharge, and act promptly on directions relating to process and product quality during shifts.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including fire safety training completion, use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE), compliance with permit systems, lockout/tagout (LOTO), emergency procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Engage actively in 5S practices and Process Safety Management (PSM) systems, documenting compliance and improvements in operational procedures.
• Specifically for Filling Station Operators: Operate refrigerant filling machines in a safe and efficient manner according to standard operating procedures (SOP), verify product quality and quantity conformity, and perform required prechecks on all packaging materials.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Applicants should possess relevant educational credentials such as a Diploma, BSc, or ITI certification, aligned with the designated position. Candidates with prior experience in filling station operations and DCS management are preferred.
