About Tetra Pak Future Talent Program

We offer a comprehensive Future Talent Trainee Program starting July 2026, which includes a 24-month customized development journey involving job rotations, international assignments, training, and mentorship within the Tetra Pak organization. Role Overview - Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Team

The Junior Analyst will be part of the OTM team, which focuses on enabling trustworthy, high-quality logistics services across all business units. This role offers a chance to specialize in transport management, supporting order fulfillment packaging material projects and service activities using Oracle Transport Management technologies. The work environment is cross-functional and diverse, requiring collaboration often beyond typical office hours due to global teams in Chakan and Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end information flow for specific business processes, assessing impacts on IT services and solutions related to new requirements.
  • Support project teams in improving gaps, preparing for projects, and contributing design ideas.
  • Lead small teams such as gap leads, application specialists, and test leads, and serve as backup or assistant Subject Matter Expert (SME) to collaborate with solution and service architects, driving solution guidance and discussions.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a university degree or diploma in business or engineering.
  • Have 1 to 2 years’ professional experience in logistics and transport management with a solid grasp of comprehensive supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrate strong personal motivation, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a future-driven approach.
  • Be result-focused with excellent analytical and communication capabilities.
  • Enjoy collaborative teamwork and have proficient command of English.
  • Possess functional and technical knowledge of transport systems, ERP implementations, or business analysis support is advantageous.
  • Experience or training with ERP systems, MS SQL databases, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools is beneficial.

Additional Information

This is a permanent role based in Chakan, Maharashtra, India. The onboarding date is 1st July 2026.
