Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients' homes and workplaces to assess and mend upholstery, leather, wooden furniture, and related items.
• Identify problems accurately and perform repairs to a high-quality standard.
• Prepare and submit thorough reports promptly.
• Aim for first-visit resolution and meet quality benchmarks.
• Promote furniture care products when relevant.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle professionally.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance company processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a valid UK driving licence with up to six penalty points accepted.
• Demonstrable practical repair skills, preferably with furniture, wood, leather, or related craftsmanship.
• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Application Details
