Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients' homes and workplaces to assess and mend upholstery, leather, wooden furniture, and related items.
- Identify problems accurately and perform repairs to a high-quality standard.
- Prepare and submit thorough reports promptly.
- Aim for first-visit resolution and meet quality benchmarks.
- Promote furniture care products when relevant.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle professionally.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance company processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence with up to six penalty points accepted.
- Demonstrable practical repair skills, preferably with furniture, wood, leather, or related craftsmanship.
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Application Details
