Full/Part-time Personal Wealth Executive (Singapore Citizen/PR only, Basic + Commissions, No Experience Required)

Compensation and earning potential

Depending on experience and last drawn pay, the role offers a basic salary of $3,000 to $7,000 per month, along with uncapped commissions and bonuses. The commission structure is positioned as highly competitive and continues over the long term.

What you will do

• Work with individual or corporate clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend suitable investment, insurance, or savings solutions.
• Deliver a strong customer experience through advisory support and service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients over time.

Training and support

You will be placed with one of the company’s top-performing agencies and receive structured coaching from the outset. The role includes access to multiple cold market platforms, giving you more opportunities to generate sales without needing to rely on friends and family. Early-stage support will also be provided to help close your first few deals and build momentum in the job.

Growth opportunities

Over time, you may move into specialisations such as investments, corporate insurance/group employee benefits, or general insurance sales. Strong performers can also progress into senior consultant positions or take on leadership responsibilities for a team or agency.

Exams and licensing

Eligibility and requirements

• Open only to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• No foreigner quota is available for this role.
• A diploma from a locally recognized polytechnic is required at minimum, or an equivalent overseas qualification.
• No prior work experience is needed.
• Holding RES5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications is considered an advantage.
• Experienced consultants are also welcome and may be considered for a senior title.
