Position Overview

We are seeking full-time Warehouse Associates to join our team in Cambridge, Ontario. This role involves key warehouse tasks such as order picking, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness. The position offers a competitive wage of $23.00 per hour and requires 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Load trailers following a dough schematic to ensure correct quantity and placement; maintain sanitation and pre-cooling of trailer cargo areas.
• Unload and restock delivery trucks as per FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures ensuring product freshness.
• Pick and palletize customer orders, wrapping and labeling pallets properly to prevent damage and ensure correct delivery conditions.
• Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities against purchase orders and maintaining accurate records including lot numbers.
• Maintain warehouse sanitation by completing daily cleaning tasks and ensuring a safe workspace.
• Accurately track inventory through daily physical counts and manage spoiled or damaged goods with proper documentation and authorization.

Required Qualifications & Physical Demands

• High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
• Attention to detail with strong counting and accuracy skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts within a 24-hour schedule over any 7-day period.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, and operate equipment safely.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and noisy environments, and exposure to materials such as yeast and flour.

• Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week. Shift schedules include Shift B (Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri 12:00 pm–10:30 pm) and Shift C (Tue, Wed 7:00 am–5:30 pm, Thu, Fri 12:00 pm–10:30 pm).
