Role Overview

The Prep & Packager will handle the collection of painted manufactured parts, ensuring they are packed accurately according to picking lists and Manufacturing Orders. Key duties include assembling components, packaging products, building skids, and wrapping items, all following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role demands maintaining product quality and meeting production goals while adhering strictly to health and safety policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of high school or equivalency certification
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and optimize efficiency in daily tasks
• Competent working autonomously or collaboratively within a team
• Familiar with and compliant to safety standards including Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering materials requiring bending, twisting, or awkward postures
• Possesses good hand-eye coordination and muscular control to operate equipment and perform tasks requiring attention to detail and defect detection

• Hourly wage: $22.67
