Role overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will help create a high-performing store environment and play a key role in shaping a positive customer experience. The role covers both front-of-house and back-of-house duties across several store functions.

Key duties

• Support different areas of the store, including customer-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks.
• Deliver strong service before, during, and after the sale.
• Help maintain the store’s presentation and brand experience through product merchandising.
• Assist with receiving, moving, and processing stock in line with store procedures.
