About the Role

Join Petbarn, Australia's foremost specialty pet retailer, as a Full Time Supervisor at our Bedford location. In this position, you'll play a key role supporting pet parents by providing expert guidance on pet health, nutrition, and wellness products to a diverse range of animals including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
• Offer knowledgeable and compassionate advice regarding pet wellness offerings.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers through warm and genuine service.
• Train, mentor, and coach store staff to achieve superior service, meet business goals, and uphold best practices.
• Maintain store organization and ensure shelves are consistently stocked, including occasional heavy lifting.
• Support sales transactions, manage returns, and assist with handling significant purchases.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures along with associated security responsibilities.
