About the Role
Christian Dior Couture invites clients to engage deeply with the brand's heritage and passion for luxury, fostering a familial connection within the House of Dior. We seek individuals who share this enthusiasm and passion in their work. Currently, we offer a 6-month internship for a Retail Intern to join our New Bond Street Boutique.
Internship Experience and Responsibilities
This internship provides coaching to help interns develop exceptional standards in stock handling, customer service, product knowledge, and administrative duties. The position entails both back-of-house and front-of-house tasks, ensuring comprehensive exposure to luxury retail operations.
- Utilize strong organizational abilities to assist in departmental operational activities.
- Maintain and manage back-of-house functions effectively.
- Adhere strictly to Christian Dior’s procedures concerning garment care, stockroom organization, and security tagging.
- Implement all necessary measures to guarantee stock safety and security.
- Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues in Stock and Sales teams.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
- Demonstrate a passionate interest in luxury and the retail and fashion sectors.
- Consistently uphold high standards with a commitment to achieving personal and team objectives.
- Develop and sustain professional relationships ensuring clients receive consistent and excellent service.
- Support maintenance of superior Visual Merchandising, cleanliness, and Dior standards within the boutique.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Prior experience in stock handling, sales, or administrative roles, preferably within a luxury context (not mandatory).
- Ability to multitask and contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Keen interest in pursuing a career within luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with effective time management capabilities.
- Committed, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Additional Details
