Full-Time Merchandiser - PepsiCo Beverages (Fernie/Sparwood)

Job Overview

Join PepsiCo as a full-time Merchandiser located in Fernie, Sparwood, Pincher Creek, or Blairmore, Alberta. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our popular beverage brands reach the consumers who love them across Canada. You will primarily be working outside the traditional office setting, engaging directly with product placement and merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Stocking and arranging Pepsi products on store shelves, racks, coolers, and promotional displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Supporting promotional efforts by maintaining fully stocked shelves and optimizing the visibility of promotional materials.
• Collaborating closely with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to deliver exceptional service to all Pepsi customers.
• Keeping back-room inventory organized and orderly.
• Ensuring product freshness by rotating stock and removing expired items from displays.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent education.
• Students from various academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation.
• Excellent time management capabilities.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

• Previous merchandising or customer service experience.
• Experience working in grocery stores.
