About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Kitchen Porters to join our busy Back of House team to support our acclaimed kitchens. The primary responsibilities include maintaining kitchen and equipment cleanliness—washing pots, dishes, cleaning floors, and managing waste. This role is essential to keeping kitchens running efficiently by ensuring chefs have the equipment they need.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work.
• Communicate effectively in English with kitchen team members.
• Be dependable and capable of working varied shifts, starting and finishing on time.
• Have a fundamental understanding of food hygiene practices.
• Be familiar with the operation and cleaning of kitchen porter equipment.

Work Hours & Salary

This position is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week. The salary is £27,616.38 annually plus a tronc system (service charge distribution).
