Role Overview
The Educator position is central to the company’s retail success. This role is all about delivering outstanding guest service in store, building genuine connections, sharing detailed product knowledge, and representing the brand’s community and culture in an authentic way.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive in-store experience by engaging with guests in a way that respects their time and needs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions for purchases, returns, and support.
- Explain product features, performance, and benefits clearly to help guests make informed choices.
- Handle transactions accurately and on time while supporting omnichannel programs in line with company standards.
- Stay active on the sales floor to support guests continuously and respond to changing store needs.
- Address guest feedback with store leadership and help resolve concerns effectively.
- Share information about community initiatives and help organize local, regional, or area-based events and projects.
- Build respectful, inclusive relationships with teammates and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver strong guest service and smooth store operations.
- Maintain the store environment by restocking, repositioning, and presenting products according to standards.
- Use store technology to assist with operations and enhance the guest experience.
- Complete cleaning and upkeep tasks during shifts to preserve the store’s premium feel.
- Follow safety rules, workplace procedures, and applicable legal requirements at all times.
Requirements
- Must be legally allowed to work in the jurisdiction where the assigned store is located.
- Should be open to working a flexible schedule.
- Must be comfortable moving around the store for most of the shift to assist guests and complete tasks.
- Should be able to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently when needed.
- High school or secondary school diploma, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred.
