Role Overview
The Educator position is a key retail role that helps drive the store’s success. This person delivers high-quality guest service, connects with customers in a genuine way, shares product knowledge, and represents the brand’s community and culture authentically.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a strong guest experience by engaging with customers in a way that respects their time.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored support for purchases, returns, and related requests.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly so guests can make informed choices.
- Support smooth store transactions and omnichannel services in line with company standards.
- Move across the sales floor as needed to assist multiple guests and respond to changing store priorities.
- Capture customer feedback and coordinate with store leadership to resolve issues appropriately.
- Share information about local community initiatives and help plan or deliver community activities.
- Build a welcoming, inclusive team atmosphere that respects differences and supports both guests and colleagues.
- Develop positive working relationships and collaborate with teammates to improve the overall store experience.
- Handle product presentation tasks such as restocking, replenishing the floor, returning items to place, or relocating stock.
- Use store technology to support operations and enhance service.
- Carry out cleaning tasks throughout the shift to maintain the store’s premium environment.
- Follow workplace safety practices, company procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility and Availability
Candidates must be legally allowed to work in the jurisdiction of the assigned store. A flexible schedule is required. The role also calls for moving around the store for most of the shift, working collaboratively as part of a team, and completing some tasks independently.
Education and Preferred Background
A high school or secondary school diploma, or an equivalent qualification or above, is preferred.
