Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate full-time Diploma Educator for the 0-2 year room at our 90-place Mini Masterminds centre located in Glenwood. This position involves collaborating within a team to deliver engaging play-based educational experiences that nurture children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing engaging educational activities
• Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive atmosphere for young children
• Observe and record developmental milestones and learning progress
• Form strong, positive connections with children, families, and staff
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high-quality education and care standards
• Ensure adherence to the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant laws
• Participate in centre-wide improvement initiatives
• Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care recognized by ACECQA
• Possesses a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis management
• Completed Child Protection training or certification
• Strong familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Demonstrated passion for early childhood education
