About the Role

Mini Masterminds is seeking a highly organised and people-oriented professional to join their Support Office team as a People Services & Rostering Coordinator. This position focuses on supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle by providing accurate, timely, and confidential assistance with a variety of People & Culture functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
  • Handle employment contracts and any changes to employment terms.
  • Maintain compliance tracking and manage workforce records meticulously.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate casual workforce scheduling and roster management.
  • Administer return-to-work processes and workers' compensation handling.
  • Prepare reports and manage workforce data.
  • Support leaders and employees with daily HR-related inquiries.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in human resources, recruitment, workforce coordination, rostering, or related administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail alongside outstanding organisational capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR, payroll, rostering, or recruitment software systems.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate, Diploma, or tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline.
  • Possession or willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check.
  • Current driver's licence is an advantage.
