Role Overview

FOOTASYLUM is seeking a dedicated full-time professional to contribute toward the business's commercial success by managing daily tasks related to sales, margin, and inventory performance. This permanent position involves working 37.5 hours weekly and requires collaboration across merchandising, buying, store, and planning teams to create an excellent shopping experience both in physical stores and online.

Main Responsibilities

• Generate regular reports and summaries evaluating key indicators such as sales, margins, and stock against targets and previous years.
• Offer weekly trading insights and action plans aimed at boosting departmental sales and profitability.
• Forecast and manage stock levels, intake, and replenishment schedules to balance availability and inventory risks.
• Serve as the primary contact for stores regarding inventory and availability inquiries, assisting in trading operations.
• Analyze promotional activities and markdowns, ensuring alignment with the markdown schedule and business plan.
• Assist in product selection, allocation, and assortment decisions in partnership with buying and merchandising teams.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to support commercial objectives.
• Identify and implement process enhancements, sharing best practices to improve overall business outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, ethics, and trading policies throughout all responsibilities.
