About the Role
Supermac's at The Barack Obama Plaza welcomes applications for a full-time Catering Assistant/Barista to join their dynamic team. This position requires full availability from Monday to Sunday, emphasizing consistent presence rather than weekend-only or part-time commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing consistently warm and friendly service to all customers across multiple outlets including Supermac's, Papa John's, SuperSubs, Mac's Deli, Bewley's Barista & Spar.
- Ensuring adherence to company safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in every area of operation.
- Preparing high-quality coffee that meets established standards while managing the coffee station's cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels.
- Participating flexibly in cooking, serving, cleaning, and customer service to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct on-site, following all operational guidelines for food preparation, storage, and cash handling.
- Collaborating with management to enhance customer numbers and revenue generation daily.
- Addressing customer complaints or incidents promptly by escalating to supervisors or managers.
- Keeping public areas such as the lobby and toilets clean and tidy at all times.
