Job Overview

As a member of the kitchen team at Supermac's, you will be integral to ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and that our customers have an excellent dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is routinely cleaned, well-maintained, and presentable to staff, customers, and health inspectors.
• Communicate any damages or signs of wear and tear to supervisors or management promptly.
• Assist the Chef during service to help provide high-quality food and support outstanding customer service.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are verified and signed off.
• Adhere to company policies regarding stock control, waste management, deliveries, as well as health and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate initiative and creativity while upholding high standards and quality control within the kitchen.
• Be adaptable to new processes and policies introduced by the kitchen manager.
