The primary focus of this position is to provide exceptional customer service in-store, ensuring every guest leaves happy. Key Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences, making sure each person departs with a smile.
• Prepare coffee beverages to a high standard.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in café or barista roles.
• A strong customer-first attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service.
• Capability to handle and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Understanding of HACCP hygiene processes.
• Self-motivation and initiative to perform tasks without supervision.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
