Role Overview

We are looking to hire full time and part time Deli Assistants to join our Westside Cafe team in Galway. Depending on whether the role is full or part time, work hours will vary from approximately 20 to 35 hours per week, scheduled across seven days.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving customers with a friendly attitude and ensuring satisfaction
• Preparing a variety of food items and beverages according to company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
• Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring customer orders are correctly and promptly fulfilled

Experience and Skills Required

• At least one year of relevant work experience is mandatory for these roles
• Previous experience as a cashier or till operator is highly desirable
• Barista experience will be considered an additional benefit

Additional Information

• Working weekdays after the summer season is a requirement, which means the full time position may not suit those seeking only summer work
