Role Summary
The Front Office Team Member is responsible for handling guest arrivals and departures smoothly, managing guest account accuracy, and delivering clear and useful information. The role also includes answering incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Deliver an efficient check-in and check-out experience for guests.
- Keep guest billing and account records accurate and up to date.
- Share helpful information with guests in a clear and reliable way.
- Answer all switchboard calls professionally, politely, and promptly.
- Work consistently toward outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Follow strict security processes to protect guest privacy and safety.

Applicants should bring some background in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment. Strong communication ability, good organisation, and a positive, proactive mindset are important for success in this role.
Additional Information
The position offers an hourly pay rate of £13.45.
