About the Company
Join the Mercure Hotel München City Center, a prestigious 4-star property located just 100 meters from Munich's central train station. Renovated fully in 2017, the hotel features 167 rooms, five conference rooms with a capacity of up to 70 guests, a bar, a locally inspired restaurant called RELAX, and a cozy beer garden.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Providing knowledgeable consultation and attentive service to both national and international guests.
- Handling reservations and inquiries via telephone and email.
- Managing cash register operations and performing account settlements.
- Collaborating closely with housekeeping, technical, and restaurant departments.
- Addressing guest requests promptly and managing complaints professionally.
- Ensuring smooth operation throughout assigned shifts.
Qualifications
- Preferably completed training in the hotel industry or prior experience in front office roles.
- Enjoy engaging with people and exhibit strong service orientation.
- Present a friendly, well-groomed, and confident appearance.
- Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English.
- Work independently with reliability and responsibility.
- Demonstrate team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to handle stress effectively.
- Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as weekends and public holidays.
