The company’s aim is to let guests enjoy the city in a way that suits them, while still delivering warm hospitality and a consistent experience. The team is made up of proactive, thoughtful hospitality professionals focused on memorable guest service and a positive workplace culture.
Staycity is looking for a Front of House Team Member to support both reception and bar operations and help deliver the guest experience from arrival through departure.
What you’ll do

- Create strong first impressions through confident communication and a welcoming approach.
- Pay close attention to detail and stay organised so guests receive a smooth and polished experience.
- Consistently go the extra mile for both guests and colleagues to build loyalty and satisfaction.
- Contribute a positive, upbeat presence that supports a lively and productive team environment.
- Maintain a respectful and considerate atmosphere by treating everyone courteously.
What we’re looking for
- Prior experience in a similar property or hospitality setting is helpful, though not mandatory because full training will be provided.
- Working knowledge of Opera PMS is beneficial, but it is not a requirement as training will be given.
- Strong communication and people skills are essential for success in this role.
- No previous bar experience is needed; the team will train you, including how to serve and pour drinks properly.
Benefits
- Paid family leave after completing more than one year of service.
- Flexible work patterns.
- Performance bonus linked to core values and individual property objectives.
- Reduced rates on overnight stays for you, your family, and friends.
- Employee referral reward of up to £/€550.
- Cycle-to-work support to encourage a healthier lifestyle and lower environmental impact.
- Learning and education support to help you develop new skills.
- Two paid volunteer days each year.
- Employee Assistance Program for you and your family.
