  • Create detailed budgets, accurately forecast financial outcomes, and implement tactics to surpass revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Manage diverse food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and event spaces to deliver exceptional guest service, innovative offerings, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, F&B, and HR teams to amplify brand presence, encourage guest loyalty, and optimize property results.
  • Analyze guest feedback and audit reports, applying improvements to enhance service quality and overall guest experience across accommodations, F&B, and events.
  • Lead new property launches, ensuring operational readiness, brand consistency, and effective integration of distinctive F&B and event concepts.
  • Provide continual support to existing and new sites, ensuring consistent quality, operational effectiveness, and responsiveness to market trends.
  • Work closely with HR to attract outstanding talent, promote professional growth, and nurture a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Drive innovation in menus, beverage programs, and event concepts that surpass customer expectations and respond to market needs.
  • Utilize hospitality industry expertise to position properties as premier locations for dining, hospitality, and unforgettable event experiences.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in regional multi-property management within hospitality, demonstrating operational success and growth facilitation.
  • Career background combining corporate roles in early stages and entrepreneurial leadership in independent restaurants, bars, and event operations reflecting adaptability and inventive approaches.
  • In-depth experience managing reputable F&B operations, including concept development, culinary excellence, and large-scale event management.
  • Strong knowledge of European hospitality markets, with fluency or native-level command of German.
  • Proven track record in surpassing financial goals and enhancing operational efficiencies with a focus on F&B profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams, boost engagement, and foster interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Innovative and solution-driven mindset with keen attention to detail and dedication to world-class guest service delivery.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight, with the agility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative visionary attitude that promotes challenging norms, supports novel ideas, and delivers distinct, market-leading F&B concepts.
  • Experienced in guiding teams through growth, managing change, and sustaining performance amid transitions.
