Front of House Team Member

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Front of House Team Members at Dôme Cafe Group. We emphasize comprehensive training and provide our staff with all necessary resources to perform their roles efficiently.

Role Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly to ensure a positive experience
• Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages
• Serve food and drinks promptly to customers
• Clear and reset tables between customers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the front of house area

Candidate Profile

• A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Keen attention to detail in day-to-day tasks
• Ability to collaborate well within a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not obligatory
• Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m.
