About the Role
We are seeking proactive and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to become an integral part of our vibrant team. At Dôme Cafe Group, we emphasize comprehensive training and equip you with all essential resources to excel in your duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests throughout their visit.
- Prepare both hot and cold beverage orders with care.
- Serve food and drink items to customers efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold café standards.
Candidate Profile
- Strong enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure quality experiences.
- Effective teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality position is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work varied shifts Monday through Sunday, between 5am and 9pm.
