Position Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the welcoming face of Carluccio's, ensuring guests receive outstanding service from the moment they enter until they leave. Your role is crucial in building an inviting atmosphere and smooth operation within the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, manage seating and reservations, ensuring comfort and convenience.
- Take orders, advise on menu selections, and deliver service with genuine Italian hospitality.
- Engage positively with all patrons to create memorable experiences, whether newcomers or regulars.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and fellow team members to maintain efficient service flow.
- Accurately process payments and manage transaction closeouts.
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining areas to enhance ambiance.
