Role Overview

The Team Member position entails responsibilities across both front and back of house operations. As the welcoming face of Carl’s Jr., you will ensure every guest's visit is memorable by providing efficient, friendly service. Duties include assisting with orders, addressing customer inquiries, and keeping the dining space inviting and spotless.

Behind the scenes, you will engage in food preparation and cooking, specifically crafting high-quality burgers that meet Carl’s Jr.'s strict standards. Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment and adhering to food safety protocols are also key elements of the role, contributing to seamless restaurant operations.

Candidate Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent food and service.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Capability to perform effectively under the pressures of a fast-moving workplace.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills combined with a cooperative, team-focused attitude.
