Role Overview
As a Front of House Manager, you will help keep day-to-day restaurant service running smoothly, make sure guests receive excellent service, and support staffing and training efforts. The role calls for strong restaurant leadership to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and safety while encouraging the team to create memorable guest experiences. The position also includes leadership development to help strengthen management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house activity to deliver a strong guest experience.
- Guide, coach, train, and encourage front-of-house team members to consistently meet service expectations.
- Coordinate reservations, table assignments, seating flow, and waitlists to improve efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and workplace safety rules.
- Respond to guest questions, concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Compensation
