Role Overview

As the Front of House Lead, you will be integral to the daily operations, guiding a dedicated team and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service that meets the brand's standards. Your role will involve active participation both in the kitchen and dining areas, balancing team management, operational performance, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Maintain brand standards for food quality and customer hospitality
• Recruit, train, develop, and mentor team members
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests
• Manage inventory, labor, scheduling, and control costs effectively
• Drive guest satisfaction through outstanding hospitality

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
• Servant leadership style capable of inspiring and motivating teams
• Continuous learner with intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Passionate about delivering quality food and excellent hospitality

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8+ hours)
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen settings
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and repeat motions as needed
• Safe and efficient navigation of various floor surfaces and confined spaces
