Position Overview

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to become part of our expanding team in Wellington, FL. This role involves both customer service and membership sales to meet clinic goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding assistance to patients and members.
• Drive membership acquisition to fulfill sales targets, with eligibility for bonus incentives.
• Warmly welcome and check-in members and patients for chiropractic appointments.
• Efficiently manage phone inquiries.
• Engage and reactivate members who have lapsed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available membership plans, promotions, and packages.
• Support team objectives and foster positive workplace relationships.
• Ensure the clinic environment and workspaces remain clean and organized.
• Confidently present and promote memberships and service packages.
• Communicate any member issues to management, adhering to clinic policies and guidance.
• Embrace ongoing learning and development opportunities.
• Accept and integrate constructive feedback positively for growth.
• Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods during shifts.
• Adhere to the organization's core values of Trust, Integrity, Excellence, Respect, and Accountability.

Schedule and Compensation

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Clinic operation hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Compensation starts at $14.50 per hour plus bonus opportunities, with paid lunch breaks included.
