As a Barista at Starbucks, you will deliver the iconic Starbucks Experience by providing excellent service and expertly preparing food and beverages. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs through friendly communication.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes or customized requests, including modifications in ingredients or temperature.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain store safety and security policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace.
• Adapt to performing various tasks throughout the duration of your shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Ability to attend consistently and arrive punctually.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Quick learner who can accurately follow oral and written instructions and seek clarification when needed.
• Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with responsibilities including cash-handling and maintaining security standards.
